Notable Changes

Picture was taken 8/22/11

Minnesota has experienced some cooler temperatures lately but seeing some of the leaves changing colors already just has to be a some kind of mistake!  September is still a couple of weeks away yet, right?

Admitedly, the Season of Fall is amazingly beautiful here in the Midwest. Then again, it's also a harbinger of things to come.  Let's try to avoid saying the "s" word for a couple of months, though.

As the leaves change colors, it serves to remind us that many things are changing this year.  Budget cuts will have an impact as nonprofits struggle to serve homeless kids and families during the fast approaching cold weather months.

If you know of anyone who is looking to buy or sell any type of real estate anywhere in the country, don't delay!  Please let them know about the Responsible Referrals Guaranteed Donation Program.  This is a great way to help fill the funding gap that will become painfully obvious this winter.

There is no cost to the real estate customer who will end up working with a great agent.  There is no cost to the nonprofits serving our most vulnerable population.

Responsible Referrals seeks your assistance so that together, we can help reduce the phycial and emotional cost to our nations homeless children by helping them survive the incredibly difficult months ahead.

  1. The F word stinks, even in CA btw. MN is truly beautiful this time of year.

You have created such a win-win-win scenario in the GDP! I can't wait to do my small bit by selling and moving closer to the Ocean.:D

The homeless wherever they live need our help, we all can make a difference. Everyone blessed with a house could help someone without a house.
