Announcing



BEGINNING this November, in honor of National Homeless Youth Awareness Month, we have made the commitment to spend the next 14 months working to help homeless kids throughout our nation. Specifically, we will be working to donate all of the Responsible Referrals Guaranteed Donations to StandUp For Kids, a nationally recognized 501(c)3 nonprofit serving homeless youth in 40 of our largest cities.

You're already aware of the Responsible Referrals Guaranteed Donation Program. We work diligently to find the very best agents in order to make the experience of buying or selling real estate professional and enjoyable. With no cost to the customer or to the nonprofit organization, we will send 50% of our revenue to StandUp For Kids throughout 2013.

But, as a licensed real estate broker in the great State of Minnesota, we can do even more. We have TWO PROGRAMS which will also help kids desperately needing shelter.

Program 1
With any traditional real estate transaction, we will donate 1% of the sales price to StandUp For Kids throughout 2013. (e.g. $200,000 sale price = $2,000 donated to SUFK!)

Program 2
If you, as a real estate customer, are looking to save some money, we have an hourly consulting program as well. It's a pay as you go arrangement giving you full access to the MLS system and our expertise as a real estate broker. Under this program, we will donate 25% of our revenue to StandUp for Kids, again, throughout 2013.

You'll be hearing more about this new commitment including articles about each StandUp for Kids Chapter and their respective real estate markets in the coming months. We're excited! Please tell anyone/everyone you know no matter where they live. Between us (StandUp For Kids, Responsible Referrals and YOU), we can change lives!
